The flavour of pecan pie translated into three cubes that build on each other in the cup. Toasted pecan sits over brown sugar with Madagascar vanilla bean caviar, and salted honey lifts the finish so the sweetness never sits flat.

Drop one or more cubes into a mug. Pour 8oz of hot coffee over the cubes and stir until dissolved. Top with 2oz of milk or cream. Works iced: pour the finished mixture over ice.

Pecan: toasted nut warmth with rounded sweetness.
Vanilla Brown Sugar: brown sugar and Madagascar vanilla bean caviar.
