Shipping & Orders

Our priority here at Teaspressa is to serve you! We want and wish nothing but the best experience for you from beginning to the continuous future. 

 

When should I expect my order?

Standard orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted in the product description. Once your order has been processed and off to shipping, the average transit times are 2-5 business days unless Express Shipping is purchased in which transit times will be quicker - estimated timing will be indicated at checkout for your location.

When your package is on its way, you will receive an email notification from us including the tracking information for your convenience. 

 

Multiple Orders + Back Orders

If multiple orders are addressed to the same location, we will ship together unless if multiple shipment is requested. In the occasion that one of your items is backordered, we will ship all your items on a later date as soon as the backordered item is available. If you would prefer multiple shipment or partial earlier shipment for backordered items orders, please make sure to indicate in "notes" as you are checking out or contact us at info@teaspressa.com.

 

Order Issues

If you experience any problems with your order whether if the shipment was wonky or there was simply something in the experience you were not expecting, please contact us immediately! Again, our priority here at Teaspressa is to serve you and to ensure that your experience is nothing but the best from the beginning to the continuous future. No question or concern is silly to us. 

Please keep in mind that several of our products are handmade and/or made from natural ingredients so in that case there tends to be slight batch variations. For example every single sugar cube will look a little different and there might be slight difference in colors.

 

Damaged Product

If you ever receive any damaged product, please contact us immediately. We are happy to replace and will make sure to do so in quick time! In order to process your request, report the damage within 48 hours or receiving your shipment and email us at info@teaspressa.com.
