LoyalTEA Rewards FAQs
As a member of our LoyalTEA Rewards, you will earn points for every purchase you make and other activities, which you can redeem for discounts on future purchases and free items as we may make those available.
Based on your tier, you will also receive exclusive offers and other benefits. Please reference the tier chart for the current details.
You can earn points by making purchases on our site, following us on social media, posting product reviews, referring friends and more!
Current points opportunities are listed on your LoyalTEA account page once you’ve enrolled.
Points will expire after one year if there isn't any account activity.
Log in to your account, and go back to the LoyalTEA page.
Now, you'll be able to see the rewards that are available to you based on your current points balance.
Browse through the list of rewards available and choose the reward you would like to redeem.
Your VIP status is determined by the points earned lifetime.
No, there is no expiry on rewards once they are redeemed.
If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deducted from your account.
If you already have an account at Teaspressa, simply log in to your account to opt-in to the Teaspressa LoyalTEA Rewards.
You will automatically start earning points with your next purchase. If you're not sure whether you're already a member of the LoyalTEA Program, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
