Three pies in glass form. Apple pie carries cinnamon over natural apple, pumpkin pie holds nutmeg, allspice, ginger, and real pumpkin, and cherry pie finishes on natural black cherry with a clean vegetable-juice colour. Each flavour makes its own mimosa, so a brunch table can pour three at once.

Drop two cubes of any one flavour into a flute. Pour 4oz of champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine over the cubes. Let it slowly dissolve and fizz over a few pours, or stir gently until dissolved.

Apple Pie: natural apple with cinnamon and a soft fruit-and-vegetable colour.
Pumpkin Pie: pumpkin, nutmeg, allspice, ginger, and cinnamon.
Cherry Pie: natural black cherry with a vegetable-juice colour.

Three mini tubes, six cubes per tube, eighteen cubes total. Two cubes per drink yields nine mimosas across the three flavours.
