Due to the nature of some of our products, we cannot accept returns on the LUXE Sugar Cube collection or any opened tea product. Eligible products include all non-consumables. We are happy to offer a replacement or shop credit for certain circumstances.
You may return or exchange eligible items in new and unused conditions with the original packaging and original box within 15 days of purchase. All items must arrive to our facility in original condition.
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately. We are happy to replace in quick amount of time! Please include photos of packaging issue and the received product.
To successfully process your request, report the damage within 48 hours of receiving your shipment to firstname.lastname@example.org.

We are not responsible for any additional shipping costs for returns or exchanges and items lost in the mail. To help prevent any delay, make sure to collect your return tracking information and insure the package for good measure. Allow 1-7 business days for a refund to post.
