POUR OVER 

Best for extracting the most intricate flavours and aromas. This method may take more time, but it’s worth it.


How to brew using a pour over 

  1. Bring water to a Boil 
  2. Place pour-over on your mug & insert filter on the pour over unit 
  3. Pre-soak filter with hot water 
  4. Discard water from the pre soak 
  5. Fill Pour-Over with 2 tbsp. Teaspressa Tea (1 Tea Scoop)
  6. Slowly & evenly Pour 12 oz. Hot water over the tea 
  7. Wait 30 seconds
  8. Pour rest of hot water in a slow, circular, controlled motion  
FRENCH PRESS 

The French Press is great for sharing. If you’re hosting a tea party or having several cups to yourself, this is it.


How to Brew using a French Press 

  1. Boil Water. 
  2. Choose Teaspressa Tea 
  3. Add 2 tbsp. or 1 Tea Scoop of Tea & 6 oz of hot water to French Press per serving. 
  4. Cover with french press lid - wait 3-4 minutes 
  5. Press down or plunger  the french press lid
MOKA POT

Learn how to make a Teaspressa tea shot with a Moka Pot, also known as a stove top espresso maker and now a stovetop Teaspressa shot maker! This will give you the best tasting tea shot. It will mimic the shots that are brewed in our cafes.


How to Brew using a Moka Pot 

  1. Remove Filter Basket from Moka Pot 
  2. Add 5oz water & Return Filter Basket 
  3. Add 2 tbsp. Teaspressa Tea (1 Tea Scoop)
  4. Twist Moka Pot lid on tightly 
  5. Place over Medium Heat 
  6. Remove from heat when you notice gurgling from the Pot 
  7. Pour Tea Shot 
AERO PRESS 

We like to use the upside down method and find it a super simple, handy way to make out tea if you're short on time. If you're at home or an office you can get away with using the hot water from a water dispenser! This is best for travel. It’s the quickest way to make a tea shot or even a cup of tea on the go!

  1. Bring Water to a Boil 
  2. Insert plunger into the AeroPress 
  3. Tunnel & flip upside down
  4. Add 2 Tbsp Tea (1 Tea Scoop)  into aeropress 
  5. Add 5 oz Water & Stir
  6. Insert 2 filters into the AeroPress basket 
  7. Twist onto the other side of the tunnel 
  8. Flip AeroPress over cup 
  9. Press plunger slowly until all the tea is extracted
