The green apple candy edge over caramel warmth, finished with a rim that gives the glass its Halloween look. Tart green apple sits sharp on the top, salted caramel with fleur de sel rounds the middle, and the drink rimmer finishes the glass.
Rim the martini glass with the drink rimmer. Drop one tart green apple cube and one salted caramel cube into a cocktail shaker. Saturate with 2oz of water for 30 seconds. Muddle the saturated cubes until they become a simple syrup. Shake with 2oz of vodka and ice. Strain and serve in the rimmed martini glass straight up.
Tart Green Apple: sharp natural green apple.
Salted Caramel: natural caramel with fleur de sel and annatto for colour.
Drink Rimmer: sanding sugar for the glass rim.
