The classic Christmas café in three cubes. Eggnog holds the velvety top with Madagascar vanilla bean caviar and nutmeg, White Peppermint Mocha carries the middle with pure peppermint oil over white chocolate notes, and Gingerbread finishes molasses-deep with cinnamon, cloves, allspice, and ginger root. Each one carries its own mug; mix across the kit for a layered pour.
Drop two cubes of any one flavour into a mug. Pour 8oz of hot coffee or 4oz of milk and 4oz of brewed tea over the cubes and stir until dissolved. Top with 2oz of milk or cream. Works iced: pour the finished mixture over ice.
