A three-flavour citrus kit built for the brunch table. Shimmer Orange delivers the classic mimosa, natural orange flavour with a pearlescent pour. Shimmer Grapefruit brings tart, adult citrus with a soft blush from fruit and vegetable juice. Shimmer Lemon lands clean and lemon-oil bright, finished with turmeric for the golden colour. Mica-based pearlescent gives each pour the shimmer that makes them worth photographing.
Drop two cubes into a flute or coupe. Pour 4oz of champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine over the cubes. Stir if the drinker wants the flavour to land immediately, or let the cubes slowly dissolve and fizz over a few pours. Sparkling water works for a mocktail build. Pair one flavour per glass, or mix cubes across the kit for custom mimosa combinations.
