The freeze-dried fruit is what separates this kit from every other three-flavour mimosa set, and it's what leaves the visible fruit garnish floating on top of the pour.
Drop two cubes into a flute or coupe. Pour 4oz of champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine over the cubes. Stir if the drinker wants the flavour to land immediately, or let the cubes slowly dissolve and fizz over a few pours.
Sparkling water works for a mocktail build. Pair one flavour per glass, or mix cubes across the kit for custom bellini combinations.

These cocktail cubes are a fun way to ask your friends and loved ones to join you in your wedding party. Unfortunately, the recipes they give you need some work. Of the two included recipes only the moscow mule was close to a bar quality cocktail. However with some minor modifications you can easily improve these cocktails, although it requires more ingredients.First: rather than muddling the cube with hot water muddle the cube with the recommended liquor, or a little bit of the juice of the garnish. This will create a better and more balanced cocktail.Second: For the moscow mule you'll want to ginger beer, seltzer simply does not add enough flavor.Third: For all of the cocktails you'll want to use garnish fruits, especially for the Manhattan.

The flavors are light and refreshing, and I love that they’re made with all-natural ingredients and only 10 calories per cube. It’s a fun, elegant experience!That said, some flavors dissolved faster than others. The peach worked great and was very tasty, but the strawberry took several glasses to fully dissolve. Also, since I ordered the set for both the bride and groom, I expected a bit more variety or at least one flavor tailored for the groom instead of all mimosa-style mixes.Overall, it’s a charming and thoughtful gift, but I wish there was a bit more balance in the theme and consistency in cube quality.
