Blood Orange Cube, Pomegranate Cube, Tart Cherry Cube

Three shades of red for a Halloween table. Blood orange carries the citrus top, pomegranate deepens the middle, and tart black cherry finishes with the darkest pour of the three. Each flavour makes its own mimosa, so a party table can pour three at once.

Drop two cubes of any one flavour into a flute. Pour 4oz of champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine over the cubes. Let it slowly dissolve and fizz over a few pours, or stir gently until dissolved.

Blood Orange: natural citrus with a fruit-and-vegetable-juice colour.
Pomegranate: natural pomegranate with citric and tartaric acid for a clean tart edge.
Tart Cherry: natural black cherry with vegetable-juice colour and citric acid.

Three mini tubes, six cubes per tube, eighteen cubes total. Two-cube minimum per drink yields nine mimosas across the three flavours.
