A single-flavour peach cube built around organic peach extract and natural peach, tuned to read like biting into ripe fruit rather than a peach candy. The floral edge is what separates it from most peach syrups; it holds up in a proper bellini without going flat by the second pour.
Drop two cubes into the flute. Pour 4oz of champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine over the cubes. Stir if the drinker wants the flavour to land immediately, or let the cubes slowly dissolve and fizz over a few pours. Works across bellinis, mimosas, and Italian sodas built with sparkling water.
