The pie shelf finish over a classic Old Fashioned base. Warm maple carries nutmeg, brown sugar with Madagascar vanilla bean caviar rounds the middle, and the Old Fashioned cube brings bitters and tartaric acid so the spirit still reads clearly through the sweetness.

Drop one or more of each flavour cube into a glass. Saturate with 2oz of water for 30 seconds. Muddle the saturated cubes until they become a simple syrup. Mix with 2oz of bourbon or rye and ice, then strain and serve in a glass over ice.

Maple Nutmeg: brown sugar and dextrose with natural maple flavour and a hit of fresh nutmeg.
Vanilla Brown Sugar: brown sugar and Madagascar vanilla bean caviar.
Old Fashioned: sugar, bitters, and tartaric acid with a touch of annatto for colour.
