A proper Manhattan built around natural vermouth extract, warm orange oil, and the gentian root that gives the drink its bitter spine. Tart cherry rounds the finish without sweetening the profile. Holds its own against rye without competing with the spirit.

Drop two cubes into a glass or cocktail shaker, saturate with 2oz of water for 30 seconds. Muddle the saturated cubes until they become a simple syrup. Mix with 2oz of rye whiskey or bourbon and ice, then strain and serve in a glass straight up. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.

Tallboy holds 30 cubes. Two-cube minimum per drink yields 15 cocktails. Approximately 16 calories and 4 carbs per cube, less than a teaspoon of sugar. Non-alcoholic. Rye or bourbon is added separately. Naturally flavoured. Packaging is 100% recyclable and biodegradable.
