A single-flavour lemon cube built around natural lemon oil, cut with citric and tartaric acid to hold the sweet-tart balance that separates a real lemon note from a bottled-juice one. Organic lemon dye handles the colour work without additives. The cube reads clean, oil-bright, and grown-up rather than novelty.

Drop two cubes into the flute. Pour 4oz of champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine over the cubes. Stir if the drinker wants the flavour to land immediately, or let the cubes slowly dissolve and fizz over a few pours. Works across mimosas, bellinis, and Italian sodas built with sparkling water.

Mini format holds 6 cubes, which makes 3 drinks. Stick format holds 12 cubes, which makes 6 drinks. Two-cube minimum per drink.
