A dessert-style twist on the holiday martini. Classic Cocoa carries the rich chocolate base, White Chocolate Cocoa deepens the middle with a creamy white chocolate finish, and the Peppermint Marshmallow Rimmer closes the glass with mini marshmallow and crunchy peppermint for the toasted finish.
Rim a martini glass with the Peppermint Marshmallow Rimmer. Drop one classic cocoa cube and one white chocolate cocoa cube into a cocktail shaker. Saturate with 2oz of water for 30 seconds. Muddle the saturated cubes until they become a simple syrup. Shake with 2oz of vodka and ice. Strain and serve in the rimmed martini glass straight up.
