A three-flavour holiday kit that turns one bottle of bourbon into three distinct holiday old fashioned. Classic Old Fashioned is the flagship build, orange oil and bitters over a rounded sugar base. Spiced Apple Toddy layers natural clove leaf oil and natural lemon oil for orchard-pressed cider warmth. Gingerbread finishes molasses-deep with cinnamon, cloves, allspice, and fresh ginger root, the same spice cabinet a from-scratch cookie draws on.

Drop two cubes of one flavour (or mix and match) into a glass and saturate with 2oz of water for 30 seconds. Muddle the saturated cubes until they become a simple syrup. Mix with 2oz of bourbon or rye and ice, then strain and serve in a glass over ice. Garnish with an orange twist for the classic, an apple slice or cinnamon stick for the toddy, or a candied ginger piece for the gingerbread.
