Each flavour makes its own mimosa with a dazzling pearlescent shimmer that catches the candlelight.
Drop two cubes of any one flavour into a flute. Pour 4oz of champagne, prosecco, or sparkling wine over the cubes. Let it slowly dissolve and fizz over a few pours, or stir gently until dissolved.
