Incredible customer service

My wife purchased an item as a gift and we had paid for the express delivery option to ensure it would arrive in time for the occasion. There was a shipping delay and it did not arrive in time. Teaspressa not only refunded us for the expedited shipping costs, but also for the entire order! I was blown away at that level of customer service, which is hard to find these days.

Ordered many times

I have ordered the kits and the single flavor tubs. I love them! They add a great flavor without overpowering the champagne. I liked them so much I had to order more so I wouldn't feel stingy and could share more easily. Lol. Love the orange and strawberry the best. And for special occasions or just because it's Wednesday, try the cubes with the hint of glitter. It just looks special and sparkly. One cube does me for 2 full glasses.

I love introducing all of my friends to the flavor they didn't know their champagne needed! Subtle and not over sweet. So fun!

Good not great

It's good, but could have more flavor infused into them. The strawberry has the most flavor of all three. Also, it took a bit to dissolve. I had to smash it and stir it.
