A single-cube Cosmo built around organic cranberry, natural lime, and organic orange oil, tuned for the shake. Beet handles the pink colour work without dyes, tart-sweet balance on the right side of bright. The cube reads adult and fruit-forward, not candy.

Drop two cubes into a glass or cocktail shaker. Saturate with 2oz of water and muddle until the cubes become a simple syrup. Shake with 2oz of vodka and ice, then strain and serve in a martini glass straight up. Garnish with a lime wedge or lemon slice. For a mocktail, swap the vodka for a half ounce of lime juice, a half ounce of orange juice, and a splash of club soda.
