Lemon Honey holds the bright top with natural lemon oil and honey warmth, Maple Nutmeg carries the middle with brown sugar maple and fresh nutmeg, and Orange Clove deepens the finish with citrus and clove. Each one makes a proper toddy on its own; mix across the kit for a layered pour.
Drop two cubes of any one flavour into a mug. Saturate with 1oz of water for 30 seconds and muddle until the cubes become a simple syrup. Add 2oz of bourbon or rye and 4oz of hot water. Stir until dissolved. Garnish with a lemon slice, a cinnamon stick, or a clove-studded orange peel.
