Pumpkin Spice Cold Brew + Cold Foam
Make a delicious treat for the season: a pumpkin spice cold brew featuring Teaspressa's Cape Town tea and cold foam using LUXE Sugar cubes!
Ingredients
- 6TBS of Cape Town Tea
- 1 LUXE Pumpkin Spice cube
- 20oz of water
- Blue Daisy
- Tall Glass
- Cold brew filter
- Ice
Directions
To make 32oz of cold brew tea:
- Step 1: Add 30 grams/6TBS of tea in cold brew filter
- Step 2: Add 20oz of water
- Step 3: Let tea steep for 15 hours
- Step 4: Remove tea leaves, add 16oz of water
To make pumpkin spice cold brew:
- Step 1: Saturate Pumpkin Spice cube in 1oz of water and muddle to make a simple syrup
- Step 2: Add ice to glass
- Step 3: Pour 6oz of Cape Town cold brew
- Step 4: Top with cold foam
To make cold foam:
- Step 1: Saturate your choice of LUXE Sugar cube in a splash of water in milk pitcher and muddle to make a simple syrup
- Step 2: Add 4oz of milk
- Step 3: Use milk frother to froth milk + simple syrup
- Step 4: Pour cold foam over drink
