Brew your base. Prepare your tea shot or pull a fresh shot of espresso.
Step 2
Drop 1–2 Pumpkin Spice Cubes directly into the hot tea or espresso. (The more cubes, the sweeter and stronger the flavour!)
Step 3
Muddle until completely dissolved for that warm, spiced sweetness.
Step 4
Place a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream in a small glass or dessert cup.
Step 5
Slowly pour your spiced shot over the ice cream — watch the magic melt.

Frequently asked:
Are there other Luxe Mixer Cube flavours that work in affogato?
Absolutely! While Pumpkin Spice is a fall favourite, you can use any Luxe Mixer Cube to create your own seasonal spin.
How many Pumpkin Spice Cubes should I use for the right flavour?
It’s all about your sweet spot! The more cubes you add, the sweeter and bolder the flavour will be. We recommend starting with 1–2 cubes for that perfectly balanced brew, but feel free to adjust based on your taste.
Does this recipe work with decaf espresso or tea?
Yes! You can absolutely swap in decaf espresso or a caffeine-free tea shot. You’ll still get all the cozy pumpkin spice flavour and creamy affogato magic—just without the caffeine kick. Perfect for an after-dinner treat or a late-night indulgence.
