Not good. Very poor olperformance and the individual attachments won’t snap into the base unit. I am requesting a full refund. It just doeS not work.5 I have requested a refund from paypal

I have bought this frother at the Container Store. I would like to purchase more whisk attachments so that I won't need to rinse them after each use but instead can throw them in the dishwasher. I run my DW once every 2 days. I use the frother twice a day, in the morning for coffee and the in evening for cacao. So I need 2 extra attachments. thanks.

Hello! We are so glad you found us at the Container Store. I'm sorry to say we do not sell the attachments separately. However, I recommend running just the whisk under some running water (careful, it's gonna splatter!). That should clean it off for your next use and then you could run it in the dishwasher ever couple of days. Hope that helps!

Mine is very powerful, however, I don't understand why it shuts off automatically after a few seconds. Usually, I keep it on the lowest setting because my drink will overflow the sides if not (it's THAT powerful!) but for some reason when I start it, it shuts off on its own after about 3 seconds. So I have to press the button once, but at least three times in a row, to get the mixing time I want. Why does it do this? It is fully charged. The instructions do not say anything about automatic shut off or safety features. It only says press once to turn it on, press again to turn up to the next level, and press and hold to turn it off. Mine turns on, then off, and I repeat this cycle until the drink is well mixed.

Thanks for your concern! This is definitely not normal. One suggestion I have is to make sure the whisk is not touching the inside of your mug while using it or it will auto shut off. Either way, I will message you directly to make sure this is resolved.
