TEASPRESSA is amazing on its own but if you want to make the most of your tea drinking experience, try pairing your brew with complimentary foods to really bring out the flavors. Dark teas are typically served in the morning because of the high caffeine content. Our Charles Grey is our second most caffeinated tea with a sophisticated citrus blend making it a morning must have. To get your day going, be sure to couple our Grey with the right yummy bite.

Bold brunch foods bring out the best in our take on an Earl Grey. Try serving a cup of Charles with a classic scrambled egg plate for a lighter palette. However, if you’re looking for something to hold you through to a later lunch, prepare a breakfast biscuit with meat of your choice (we like bacon), eggs, avocado, and a strong cheese. Of course, if you ever have a day where your sweet tooth is singing early in the morning, crepes or French toast topped with fresh fruit and powdered sugar should satisfy the craving and wake you up.

Our Charles Grey isn’t just for the morning, though. Par-teas are always a fabulous idea. When throwing a mid-day tea party be sure to serve the proper desserts to compliment your tea and impress your guests. Get a taste of Europe by offering a crème brûlée. If you’re not experienced with a blowtorch, a fruit tart or anything chocolate is a go-to-and-can’t-go-wrong option.
